Takover strives to offer a diverse selection of activities. With this in mind, we select locations to host our weekly events based on the facility's ability to house and staff the event. Takeover is in no way responsible for the facility nor the activities of the normal operation of any business we partner with for an event.

Liability

Takeover holds no liablity for activities during an event, use of the event space or misconduct during an event. Anyone in attendance does so at their own risk and assumes responsiblity for their personal wellbeing during the event.

Takeover strongly encourages all attendees to act responsibly; specifically as it pertains to alcohol use. Takeover and its partners reserve the right to withhold service at its own discretion to uphold this ideal. Takeover strongly discourages drinking and driving and suggests that you always make arrangements for transportation when consuming alcohol.
